    Fx-115MS PLUS-SR

I just bought a casio fx-115MS PLUS-SR and I need to do an absolute value calculation. The one I need to do is fairly complex, but for some reason, I can't even do a simple one. I tried pressing <span class=Shift' /> [Abs] (the ")" button) [(] [(-)] <span class=1' /> [)] [=] on the calculator. It displays (-1), and the answer it shows is -1, when it should be 1.

What am I doing wrong?

Ok, so I got it to do absolute value by switching to complex mode. Now here's the thing: I need to find the definite integral of a function with an absolute value in it. As far as I can tell, integration only works in comp mode, and Abs only works in cmplx mode. Is it actually impossible to find the definite integral of a function with absolute values in it with this calculator?
