Hi ,
My fx-180p still works, but it has suffered somewhat from being in my schoolbag too long (many many years ago). The rear case is completely knackered around the battery compartment & although the battery door still just about works that has bits chipped off it too. Does anyone have a dead calculator from the early fx-80, -81, -82 (not the later "fraction" models as they're a different construction) or I think even the -100 that I could use as a donor? Unfortunately all the working examples still seem to be popular; the last fx-82 that was on Ebay in the UK went for GBP 12.50, which I can't really justify when I want to chuck most of it away! Although if I get desparate I may have to fork out ...
I'll pay postage & a reasonable finder's fee. If you're out of the UK I'm Paypal enable & verified. If you want to check me out I'm the same userid on Ebay & Paypal.
Thanks, clive_88
Can anyone help with a minor fx-180p restoration?
