New model: fx-9750GA Plus

This functions the same as 9750 but has the high-contrast screen like the 9860.

Hey caspro! Nice to see you around here! :D

I saw this model a while ago in my local stores. The high contrast display looks cool, however they still don't have USB.

I bought a FX-9750GA Plus recently new on eBay. It is a nice improvement over the FX-9750 G Plus. The case is smaller, so it fits in your hand more comfortably. It weighs less, but still feels sturdy. And, of course, the display has very good contrast. I also like the fact that it connects to my FX-9860G, so I can trade programs and data between them.

I'm going to leave this calculator in my laboratory as a spare, in case I forget my main machine. It's a very nice calculator, especially since I bought it for about US$ 30.

Hey, as far as I know the fx-9750GA PLUS is the last calculator that comes with the old Casio operating system. Newer models like fx-9750GII and fx-7400GII are based on OS 2.00 and the SH-3 architecture. So, what does this mean? This means the fx-9750GA PLUS is well on its way to become a collector's item! If you're interested in one, get one! The CFX series isn't produced anymore!
