My dad has an old calculator a casio fx-300v from like 1982 that is basically breaking down and he needs a replacement. The closest calculator I could find was the casio fx-300es. One of the functions of the calculator dosen't seem to be working the same. If he enters 30.5 deg he can hit the deg min sec button to show it is 30 deg 30' and 0" but on his old caculator he could do the reverse of this and hit 30 deg 30' and get that is is 30.5 degrees. I can't figure out how to do this on the caluclator and the manual is confusing. If anyone could help that would be great.

According to the manual:

Pressing the (o ' ") key toggles the two notations when a result is displayed.
