I am planning to buy a FX 9860G calculator for the SAT exam (USA) but also want to use it for A levels in UK.
Is it allowed for A levels in UK?
From what i have heard it should not have a CAS and symbolic calculus/ differentiation integration
Is this fine?

Hello kritdw and welcome to the UCF!
The fx-9860G does not come with any CAS or symbolic software, so if the UK exams prohibit calculators with symbolic capabilities, the fx-9860G shouldn't be a problem I suppose. You should try talking with your mathematics course instructor and perhaps show/display the CASIO's product page and let he/her examine the capabilities of the calculator.
