Hello, first i'm sorry for my english

I have a fx-9860G SD and I have two questions:

first: can you get a result at the end of an exact number in the form of a square root? for example square root of 2 + square root of 8 = 3 root of 2? instead of the approximate number decimal?

then I always in my old computer could connect to my machine to the pc through the FA-124 but now I can not: S tells me allways ''No More Open file''... I think that is because the calculator has not yet settled their driver's but I do not appear in the windows the option to install ... can i do it manually?
