Hi,
I have a Casio fx9860 calculator which is said to be able to calculate combinatorial number. But, according to the manual, I can't find any way to do this. Is there any information on this topic?

In the RUN mode, hit the following keys:
OPTN -> F6 -> F3 -> F3
For example, you want to know 7C5... That would be:
7' /> 
OPTN' /> 
F6' /> 
F3' /> F3' /> 
5' /> 
EXE' />
to get 21 as the result.
