hello there,

new to the casio graphing calculator fx-9750GII.

trying to get the inverse Z for a given value, the book asks to use the Microsoft Excel Function NORMSINV. I am wondering if there is a way to accomplish the same with my new Casio fx-9750GII.

any help or pointers would be much appreciated.

Thanks

- Shiva

In STAT mode:

DIST --> NORM --> InvN

Choose the direction of the tail, enter the area under the curve (p-value), enter the mean and standard deviation.

Don´t know the key sequence on the fx-9750GII, but in the fx-9860g is:

<span class=F5' /> <span class=F1' /> <span class=F3' />

hope that helps.
