I'm new to this whole calculator business. I have an fx9750GA plus, and wish to begin exploring how to program. I know how to do this via the calculator, but I don't know how to begin in regards to programming the calculator via the computer.
I received no disk or anything with a calculator. A friend of mine has the upgraded version of my calculator (has a computer port plus a circular port at the top) and has a cable to go with it, so I am wondering whether there is a way I could program his computer, and then pass the programs to my computer via a link up.
But does anyone know of the computer program which would allow me to do this? I cannot find anything on the casio website.
Thankyou kindly.

I guess your friend's calculator is fx-9750GII which is completely different in hardware from yours; if you want to connect yours to a computer, you have to buy an fx-link cable which is rather expensive (consult your user' manual for more info.). My suggestion is using your friend's calculator as a bridge:- transfer your program to his first (his has USB port) and then use unit-to-unit cable which included in yours's package to link yours to his, then transfer the program from his to yours.

For more info.
A unit-to-unit cable is normally included in almost every package of CASIO graphing calculator. But if you don't have it, you can find it very easily from one of your friend or a calculator shop (very cheap), and in fact, you can make it for your own, it's very similar to a cheap 2.5mm jack audio cable except that is has 3 lines instead of 2; so if you can find two 2.5mm jacks that each have 3 contacts you surely can make the cable.
