I have an old Casio PhoneMate that is acting funny. All the lights on my answering machine were off, so I unplugged the battery and reinstalled a new one. Then the following lights were on and were stuck: Low battery (yellow), record (orange) and messages (orange). All the lights were on solid, not blinking. After a while there was a long beep, and all lights went off.
The battery is new, the unit is plugged in. How would I start it up again? Thanks!
