Gauss-Newton algorithm

Hi, does anyone know where can I find this algorithm clearly explained? ... need to make a program on my CFX-9970G

i don't know excatly what the gauss-newton algorithm is but this site might help.

Both links were helpful, the first one with considerations about convergence and the second one with the algorithm itself.
