1) Choose the drive where you want to load the *.exe file
2) Choose the options of that drive, then "choose a file".
3) Put on "file name" *.exe, and then go to the folder where you have the file that you want load on the calculator.
4) Send the file to the calculator
I hope that this reply help you.

Should I turn into *.exe to *.lec ?dont you have to turn them into .lec files or something?
#18
Posted 21 July 2003 - 11:49 AM
Now that you've a .lec file choose a drive and use the file you've just created...

Should I choose a System File and How to find it ? (*.MemS,*.csf)no, in the white area on the right of flash100 click right mouse button and click on the first entry, and choose exe files to add, then click on the first buton, "Cr?er un lecteur" and choose a filename.
Now that you've a .lec file choose a drive and use the file you've just created...

We need an "file explorer", to read the flash memory. I do this recommendation of crimsoncasio and works very well:
"use the Casio Add-In Installer to upload a file explorer like "linl"(you can download from the crimsoncasio website), then put all your other programs on the other drives with Flash100 (just not L because thats where the explorer will be) then you can run them using the explorer. "
I think that this topic end with this reply, finally I learnt to use flash100.

Flash100>>>
firstly you must select your serial port and cable. "Auto" doesn't work with WindowxXP
Secondly, you must create a virtual Lector. This virtual lector is going to contain exe files you want to upload.
You make a left click on 'drive creation' and select 'add-files'.
You build drive and associate the lector with a free drive.
Finally Your calculator: mode 'receive' and you press F5 you begin the communication.

But, you can create your icones with flash100: first select the system drive, give it a filename on your computer then on your calc press F2 and on Flash100 press F6. This will download your system area from your calc to your computer.
Then on the system drive click "option" and click view ; now you should have a complex window that displays your main menu, explore this area, using this you can create icones.
I hope it'll work!

Only you need to install linl with the add-in installer(on L:), and the *.exe files to the other drives (M~Q). To open one exe file on the calc., first open linl , this program search the files on the flash memory and visualize them to the user. The only disadvantage is that no icon from the file is on the "desktop".

Oh Yes , Only by Flash100. OK !If you want a simple and effective file explorer just download TOUCHE (on my website) there is a .cfx that you can use with add-in installer so you have an Icone in the main menu.
But, you can create your icones with flash100: first select the system drive, give it a filename on your computer then on your calc press F2 and on Flash100 press F6. This will download your system area from your calc to your computer.

Thank You VERY MUCH

Version 1.31 runs from a pen without any problem. It is not in the downloads list from ucn, but i still can get it on the Flash100 site.
