Hi there.
I'm planning to buy a new graphic calculator. As far as I can see, all built-in functions in the 9860 are included in the CG20, but I've got one question about programs and games. I've looked around a bit, and there seems to be a lot more programs and games around for the 9860 (probably because it's been out for much longer). I doubt it'll tip my decision, but I would like to be able to use the plethora of available stuff when I do shell out for an expensive calculator. Will I be able to run games and programs from old calulators on the newer CG20?

Add-ins that are made for the 9860 will not work on the Prizm at all. Most Casio-BASIC programs work other than the ones that use advanced graphics.

Does that include games like wolfenstein 3d, mario games and so on, or is that not considered advanced graphic?

I think those are add-ins (written in C/Asm), so they won't work.

If you go for the 9860 instead of the PRIZM, then I would save $30 and buy a 9750GII and hack it. (A hacked 9750GII is exactly the same thing as a 9860GII minus the backlight)
