very strange bug

-5 * -5
and now this:
-5^2
shouldn't the answers be the same?

-5 * -5 = 25
5 ^ 2 = 25 (its the same as 5 * 5)
2 ^ 5 = 32 (its the same as 2 * 2 * 2 * 2 * 2)

I think if you have use the key and you can obtains different result because of priority of operation!

but your right, -5*-5 is equal to -5^2, except it seems that the calcs want you to put it in () to count the - sign:
the calc is doing 5*5=25 *-1=-25. if you type (-5)^2 it gives the right answer.
in essence, its not a bug, just a format problem.

If you calculate (manually) -5 ^2 without ( and ) then it is -25 as the minus affects the whole sentence and because of that it is like this: - 5 * 5
But when you have (-5)^2 then the -5 is multiplied with -5 and the answer is 25

BTW: WHen I find the problem like -5^2 whilch can't solve with calc I don't waste my time and write 25 instead.
