I think it's unlikely that any do (but I don't know), because you'd have to specify the units as well. You could always write a BASIC program to do conversions though.

I believe that there's a convert program made by casio that turns on the built-in conversion abilities for the calc. A quick google search should locate it for your calc.

FX-9860 can do it with these keystrokes (in run-mat mode):
OPTN' />
F6' />
F1' />
You will get a list of conversion options.
