Hi all, hope you can help me with this...

I installed FA-124, but it won't recognize the calculator, don't know why. Later i checked the manual, which says: "after install of FA-124 perform the following steps to install the USB driver..."

I did everything like it says, but it doesn't work. Also looked for the CESG502 usb driver, but I couldn't find it.


Any help or suggestions? (i can't change the OS )

This happened to me too.
Does the computer say that it does not recognize the usb device?
If so, try to click that message and delete the driver, this worked for me.
Or could the usb cable be broken?
test it with another device such as a camera to if it can connect.
