humm, you can change the x and y (manually) in your equation (because calculator only calculate x value) and after, do solve:
solve(2(x+1.4)=3(y-0.7))
You will have:
x=((3*y)/2)-(49/20)
you should change the y and x again (manually):
now this is your solved equation
y=((3*x)/2)-(49/20)
this is the exact value. You can graph it for exemple...
c=-(49/20)
m=3x/2
