From my unit outline for a college class, I need a calculator that "is not programmable and does not allow for data storage"

I have 2 questions:

1) Are there any models of the Classpad that meet these requirements? I'm in Australia if that affects the available models.
2) If not, can you recommend a Casio calculator that meets these requirements and is recommended for electrical engineering type courses? In particular, able to solve matrices with complex coefficients.

Thank you very much.

Hello bland and welcome to UCF! You should introduce yourself.

There are no non-programmable versions of the classpad, or any other casio graphing calculator. However, the casio scientific calculators meet all the criteria you posted.

I would recommend the fx300ESPLUS. It has all the functions you're looking for as well as natural textbook display.

Hope that helps! ;)

Can complex numbers be input in this model?

Looks like it can't. The FX-115ESPLUS can do complex though.

Yes it can do normal complex calculation; but is it possible to input complex numbers in matrices?
