Have any of the CFX websites been upgraded recently (or programs :))?

I know Casio Corner has (because of me... hehehe). CPA, UCN, what were some of the other sites again, I forgot. Don't you just hate it when you get the greatest game in the world and it is written it a FOREIGN LANGUAGE?

Since I'm talking about that, how are the *hacking* sites going? What if you want to make a contribution and what are the URL's?

Next, what are all the differences from 9950 and 9850 Casio's, other than double memory (mention cost difference too B) )? Are there many different types of 9950 related calculators, let alone CFX's?

Last of all, what are some good 256, 16 bit, 24 bit or 32 bit GIF creators, Digital Imaging, 3D Imaging programs or that kind of stuff?

Thankyou for your co-operation!    B) :D  HAPPY!

Do you mean the site of Martin? http://www.rkk.cz/~mpoupe

AFAIK there won't be more differences. But if you compare the CFX9850G with the CFX9950GB+ then you will find some differences, the same differences like between the CFX9850G na dthe CFX9850GB+

Are there many different types of 9950 related calculators, let alone CFX's?

AFAIK the CFX9950G and the CFX9950GB+

GIF-Animations are always 256! A good program is Ulead GifAnimator and Animation Shop from Jasc Software.

Thanks for the tips, rstweb!!! I used those two program names with some search engines and found some stunning 3D digital media programs and excellent GIF creators as FREEWARE!!! You can even create your own 3D game using their engines!!!

When I said hacking sites I mean earlier this year with the CFX hacking by dscoshpe, zerocool... It's probably over anyway... you know... the ASCII editing, notepad editing, zerocool's nightvision, 256x256 matrix, special matrix function, the 256 characters :( .

And also, what is the most powerful (ooh! we'll be getting many opinions here) casio basic, assembly or AFX calculator. (most powerful price too... as in less convincing... no, as in cheaper... the amount of money... not cheap calculator... whatever!!!! )

I know.

I don't know why they aren't hacking anymore. But you could find some informations about the 255x255 Matrix on the site of Martin in the category "information found by another hacker". (http://www.rkk.cz/~m.....er calcs..txt)

AFAIK the most powerful assembly is the AFX2.0+. The most powerful afx is the afx2.0+ and the most powerful assembly could be the CFX9950GB+ or the CFX9850GB+. I don't know how powerful the AFX in teh basic language are.

I started writting a CFX emulator. I have problems with some instructions, where I am not sure with the exact semantics. For example CFX has CPU flag, that high 4 bits are zero. In case of instructions , that works with byte it is easy, but what about word/dword/128bit case? Are they still high 4 bits of the lowest byte or 4 highest bits of the highest byte? Or is it some complicated rule. I can test it, but I cannot test all cases:-(

But my emulator is now possible to run the easiest part of ROM - the part which tests display (see it at zx933 test mode, press <span class=2' />). Of course the part that reads keys is not done (I don't emulate keyboard yet).
