Hi

Can the answers returned in the polar & rectangular coordinates be saved to memory and recalled individually if required. I know how to achieve this in programming by "List ans 1 etc". But not in just generally using the calculator, Is it possible!

You can use that in RUN too (and everywhere you have to enter a single number, like in EQUA).
Another thing to try is this:
Either run List Ans -> List 1 or go to the STAT or LIST menu, move the cursor to the label List 1 and type List Ans there.
This copies (or moves? On some calcs, there is a possibility to clear List Ans that way if you need the space, just clear List 1 afterwards) List Ans into List 1 so you can access them in the usual way for lists.
