I installed the OS update for fx-9860G(slim) when my calculator was actually just the fx-9860G (NOT SLIM). this caused my screen display to turn upside down and the functions of my calculator's buttons to be entirely messed up. anyone knows how to solve this??

Hello rikrik97 and welcome to UCF! You should introduce yourself.

Can you install the OS update for the regular fx-9860?

Your english is fine, don't worry. ;)

You may want to call Casio about this since it is really their fault, the updater should check to make sure the proper calculator model is connected.

Oh...

Well, then maybe cfxm or SimonLothar knows how to fix this.

Try posting about this on http://casiopeia.net, since that is where they can usually be contacted.

that should also work on the FX9860, but if the keymapping is messed up, then you will have to figure out where the OS thinks those keys are.
