go to Graph application, change the type of graph to parametric, input cos(t) as X(t) and sin(t) as Y(t) and press draw. 

Later you can specify the range and the zoom. The "sqr" zoom is recommended for circles (page 111 in Adobe Reader or 5-5 in UG)
