Does anyone know where I could find an sd-88 cable? Trying to store my cfx-9850gb programs on my PC. I guess you need a special cable for this and I cannot find it on the Casio site.

You can purchase it from the Casio site, over here: http://www.casio.com...ucts/FA-124USB/ or here: http://www.eaieducat...FQFsfgod3X8PoQ
It comes with the SD-88 cable, and the FA-124 CD.
Also I've searched up Casio Fx-9850gb and couldn't find anything, I'm assuming you're talking about the Fx-9850GB Plus?

Thank you for the fast response. The first link is no good . When I click on the link and then try to buy, they say this item is not available on the Casio site. Awaiting a reply on the 2nd link.

Still no response. Tried asking EAI if their product contains the SD-88 wire, or if it just the software, since their site does not give any specifics, it just says software. I don't need the software, just the wire. They still have not replied. Do you know where else to look for this item?

It's also available on amazon, but for a higher price, I will update this post when I find a better one.

I believe the calculator model you are talking about is the Casio Fx-9850gb plus, as the cfx-9850gb doesn't exist. The Casio Fx-9850gb plus is also compatible with the FA-123 and FA-122 cables. Which is the one available to purchase on amazon. (FA-123)
Also available on a german site for cheaper, (it does international shipping too). http://www.dynatech....ur-windows.html
Although if you have 64-bit windows you will have to download updated FA-124 drivers. (Not the ones on the included disc) And I do not know if it will work with the FA-123 Cable (unknown driver support but the hardware fits with the port and it is compatible), but it should work with 32-bit.

Thanks for the help. It looks like I should just give up on this old school stuff and just convert everything over to my cp-400's. Paying $100 for a wire is not about to happen
I have all of the 9850 models
