Hey guys, I need help with this. I'm trying to figure out how to convert 1-.833333333 to its fraction form, -11/6, but I can't figure out how. There's a F<->D key, but it seems to only work one way.

Also, I don't know how to graph this linear equation: x-y=8. Can anyone explain?

Please help!

Hi Morty,

I'm not sure that fx-CG10 is capable to convert peridic decimals to fractions, this feature is implemented since ClassWiz series. You can look the user's guide.

You can make a program to do this if it isn't implemented in the calculator.

About the linear equation, you must isolate y: y=x-8 input this into the calculator and a line must be displayed.

Hi Morty,

When you input over 14 digits of significant digits, it may become the fraction.

-1.8333333333333
