Hello everybody, I have the passion for solar pocket electronic calculators and the Casio fx-992s is one of my favorite ones. This model was launched on the market in december 1994. I'm looking for the datasheet of its microcontroller (Oki M6712-04A, a 100-pins QFP 4-bits microcontroller) but I'm not able to find it on the web. Someone can help me?

Thanks,

As for the datasheet, it seems that the search result is much higher than that of ML610901. Search Google gives those links:

https://www.datasheeticpdf.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=8991155&search=M6712-04A (not directly available)
http://www.chinaicmart.com/series-M67/M6712-04A.html (service not available)
https://www.jotrin.com/product/parts/M6712_04A (require an account, not working)
http://www.icpdf.com/en/search.asp?Des=OKI&button2=Search (not found, but there are similar products. May not be what you want, though.)
Unfortunately, none of them directly have a PDF now.

The fact that the first page link to (use temporary account to get the link)
http://www.oki.com/?filetype=datasheet&kw=M6712-04A
may implies that there used to be a search/download page on OKI home page.

Also, if it is a OKI microcontroller, it may use a nX-U8/100 CPU. There are information about the CPU.

How could you find out the microcontroller the calculator used?
