My CASIO FX-9750GIII calculator has two different memories:

Main Memory and Storage Memory

When I tried to delete some file in C.BASIC, I got an error that the file can't not delete. series of trouble thing was began.

Then I tried to delete that file in system memory manager: I selected that file, tap the DEL button, after the progress bar finished quickly, the file WAS STAIL OVER THERE!!!

When I tap the OPT button in Memory Manager, I got an error message: Memory Error. Also, I tried to BACKUP someting to STORAGE Memory, another message said that THE STORAGE IS FULL.

When I connent to PC by USB, I select [USB FLASH], after PREPARING USB..., it says "Data conversion failed", I press EXIT and PC shows the CASIO USB drive, I can see every thing good in PC File Manager window, but I CAN NOT DELETE OR APPEND EVERYTHING, and PC shows a message: "I/O Error" , code is :0x8007045D

What is wrong with my calculator??

I wonder that is the file system of fx-9750giii go wrong?

the DiskGenius can read the files but also cannot delete the files in it.

is there some way to format the storage memory?

i tried to RESET everything, but made no sense.
It is worth noting that when I reset the Storage Memory, and i get into the [MEMORY], press [OPT], it will not show an error message, it shows ["ONE MOMENT PLEASE"] with a progress bar, but it just stop there.

I have a list of calculators which this margin is too small to contain.

A USB memory stick uses USB Mass Storage and appears like a regular disk that one can format.

The Casio USB memory is not like that. It uses uses Media Transfer Protocol (MTP). Technically, it is "file oriented" rather than "block oriented" storage. That means you can transfer and manage files, but you cannot format the file-system containing those files using formatting programs on the PC. The file system is under complete control of the calculator. It sounds like yours may be faulty.

it shows ["ONE MOMENT PLEASE"] with a progress bar, but it just stop there.

How long did you wait? The progressbar sometines stop and then moves after 20secs. The optimization takes a bit.
