I downloaded the system upgrade package of classpad 330 plus from https://edu.casio.com. My current system version is 3.10.0, but when I upgrade, the software will report an error and prompt that the model is not supported. How can I solve this problem.

The only problem I can think, is you are trying to install an OS for other model. I don't have that model, but with my ClassPad 330 the update was OK
