Hi guys,
I've been having some trouble updating my Casio CG50 to version 3.80 from v3.60 (which it was packaged with). Whenever I try to update, my calculator automatically disconnects and my computer says that the update has failed. I tried using the F2-4-AC-Restart trick to no avail.
Is there any other way to update the calculator?

Having no problem with updating to version 3.80 with PC powered by Windows 11. I followed the user guide and the instructions on the screen.

Huh... I tried updating on my old PC (another Asus that runs Win10) and it seemed to work on that... following the same instructions on my current one resulted in a Receive Error
One person on a Youtube tutorial I watched said that it didn't work in an updated PC... this came shipped with Win10 but met the specs for Win11, so I upgraded it
