Hi!

I just bought a new Graph 25+ EII calculator. However, when turning it on, it doesn't show the Main Menu, just the message "OSUpdate". There seems to be no way to get past this message.

I didn't find anything relevant in the manual, neither on the internet.

Does somebody know how to solve this?

The message means the operating system is missing or corrupt, and you need to install a new one.

But there is no tool for updating a Graph 25+E II...
