While uploading a .cdr file to drive Q: for about 1000th time I came up to the idea that popular communcation programs like Flash100 or FlashCOM (which I use) should have a built-in counter for each casio Flash drive, which would count uploads to the specyfic drive.
It would be good for programers (for statistics) and every user to balance the usage of flash drive (as you know it has around 500000 write cycles, not scary anyway). I know that this is not very important, just a nice gadget  .
Those counters should be stored in a text file so after reinstaling PC software it would be easy to setup the old values.
Well what do you think?

It's only 100,000 cycles (program/erase).

You should propose your Idea to David.
