one possibility is:
create 6 programs on the pc.
content of program 1: abcd
content of program 2: efgh
content of program 3: ijkl
content of program 4: mnop
content of program 5: qrst
content of program 6: uvwxyz
then transfer the programs to the calc.
edit program 1 in the calc and store the content into Function-Mem 1.
edit program 2 in the calc and store the content into Function-Mem 2.
edit program 3 in the calc and store the content into Function-Mem 3.
edit program 4 in the calc and store the content into Function-Mem 4.
edit program 5 in the calc and store the content into Function-Mem 5.
edit program 6 in the calc and store the content into Function-Mem 6.
everytime you need lower case letters you take the data from the according Function-Mem and delete the letters you don't need.
this works on all casio-cals with function-mem and program-mem.
bye

I'll add this to my FAQ soon, but here's a quick answer:
Upload TOUCHE to your calculator, use the edit memory function to edit the calculator's RAM, then goto to the BASIC program location (known from basic prog info in TOUCHE too) and write small letters and everything else, more explanation later, I have to go to college now.
Or of course use the PC.
