but: can you make it compatible to windows bitmaps (save)? I could write a transfer 2 pc program if you want. (you can include it in your program then) but first after the contest has finished (1.12.2003)

For all: i want to see some interesants (in english) documents about interruptions, etc... about the AFX. I have seen that in french sites but I dont understand french (with a little of work i speak spanish and with a lot of work english).
I learned about 8086 ASM (interrupts, make some programs etc...) but one time i saw the word "port" in ASM documents of the AFX. I dont know what is a AFX CPU "port" (i dont know if i will learn it in the school soon), someone could give me information about that?

The comport can till now only be accessed by ports.
you can write & read ports. They are all 1 Byte large.
Its like a "chanel" to the hardware. Write a value to a specific port and the hardware will do what you requested.
Manual on AFX Assembler has been translated to english! I don't know who did but someone did!
Please wait sure someone will answere.

It's a great idea. I?ll change my format to windows BMP.
BTW: If you like teamwork I could give you source of ImageMax and you?ll be able to include transfer 2 pc program in ImageMax. Ok?

So I?ll have some time to write more comments.
Source is written in C and has been compiled by Borland C++ 3.1
PS. I?ve just downloaded Turbo C 3.0 and I?ll test if source is compatible to this compiler.
