hello i got a casio calculator fx 7400g plus and i want to add sumoe programs into my calculator . programs like symbolic algebra solutions . example: how to find stuff like : 1 devided by 4x + 1 devided by 5x=
and more difficalt solutions with respect to x . do you ppl know anye programs for this or t do i have to buy a better calculator which will allow me to solve this?

i don't think there are any progs for your calc on that question. maybe you should buy a Classpad or start programming programs for your own use. it's the best way to get what you want.

there might be but i have a fx 7400g plus and it doesnt have getkey so i dont think most of the programs will work

it's not too hard to make small, basic, games and programs without getkey function. I rememeber, before i managed to figure out getkey, i used ?->[Variable] all the time. Was a mess but it worked :P .. though, you might be missing out some other important functions

if you dont want to spend the amount of money for a classpad, but an AFX 2.0. there are usually a few kicking about on eBay, and they are far better that an CFX or an FX, in my opinon.

and they are far better that an CFX or an FX, in my opinon.

i certainly agree, CFXs are very limited in their capabilities, especially in terms of graphics, speed and memory.

I still don't understand how there are ANY games for the Casio scientific calculators!!! They don't even allow user input except for '?'. The only thing that I've ever made on those is guess the number and it was acutally quite hard! There is no Locate or graph mode either. But the text was ravenously fast.

On the internet, some guy made a 3D made for you calculator using variables and 500 bytes! Amazing...
