i turned on my classpad.

A fatal exception error occurred.

TLB ERROR!!
TARGET=00000000
PC=D00352D2

i found the hidden menu ([=]<span class=EXP' />[ON]) then pushed the p button then turned it on and set it up. after i hit set on keyboard format it gives me the error and i can't get to the menu. i pushed the p button and tried it again several times, but it still does it. :angry:

does anybody know what to do?

go back into the menu and play around with it, you must have changed something that shouldnt have been changed, you may need to reset your calc (via the menu) to get it to work again.

that shouldnt happen... try taking out the batteries, leave them out for ~5 minutes. also try picking diffrent setup options, for instance if you choose the "qwerty" ( :rolleyes: ) keyboard, choose "abcd" instead, and put french as your language. anything that might kick start it.

i've had the batteries out for the last couple hours, but that didn't work.

the different language and keyboard didn't work either.

Place your classpad gently on the table.

Move your feet apart about the same distance as the width of your shoulders.

Grab the stylus, and hold it firmly with both hands, and the tip pointing down.

Extend your arms fully.

Position you (or the classpad) such that the stylus touches the center of the screen, still with your arms fully extended.

Now, rais your arms above your head.

Take a deep breath, and hold it for 5 secconds.

SMASH your stylus down with all your power, exhaling and screaming like a madman.

Call tech support, and tell them you have problem with an unfunctional classpad.

qwerty, I asked casio about your problem and they say they can fix it, but they need your address and telephone number to send you a UPS shipping label, heres the message i got:

I read through the discussion between you and qwerty.  You
did the usual troubleshooting and since that didn't work, we will have to do
our own little trick with it here.  Can you ask qwerty to send to me
([casio's e-mail] or via you) his mailing address with a phone number?
I will need to send to him a UPS shipping label to have him ship the
ClassPad to me.  I can turn it around right away and so he should only be
without his ClassPad for a few days -- he can use his Manager in the
meantime ;)

if you have no objections it would be best to send it through me, casio doesnt want the e-mail address I use to become public. however, if you dont like that I'll send you the address, but you cannot tell anyone what it is, or use it for anything more than sending your information.

ps: ignore bitwhise

hehe :)

Who's "monitoring" us btw.. they might as well register and identify themselves, rather than hanging around like ghosts..
At least be in contact with the admins (not 1 admin) if there's anything in particular in the forum they actually follow/take interrest in
