1) the site dont give enough information about the classpad
2) They dont have a good sales support
3) Very expensive
The site sucks at 99% with 1% as error range.

This is a really common question, and I with I knew the answer. I have yet to find a good list of Casio (ClassPad) distributors throughout the world.

Generally you must deposit them the money, and then send a fax with the argumentative of the pay.
In colombia there is a place who sell the classpad but i dont remember teh URL. That casio distributor ship the classpad to a lot of countries in south america.

The current option is only AFX. CP300 SDK has nor resleased yeti have to warn you, the CFX cannot do any ASM at all, only basic... you have to get a AFX or Classpad to do ASM/C.
