Launch A Prog, Via Main

hi, i want to launch the prog "base" in library via "main"
but when i do:
base("1",2,10)
the classpad tell me

Invalid data type

i try to do base as a function, but it is impossible :/
How can i do ?

quick answer: you cant.

casio is thinking about allowing program execution from the main but right now it cant be done.

why they didn't do it in the 1st os o_O. Casio is very strange ^^

it's like why can't we write mini progs in the main mode like on the xFX

I think we had put something about this in the "classpad suggestions" topic. I would like a lot make programs and run them on the main application of the calculator.

the main add-in needs an result value to be displayed but programs can't do this. :(

so casio may change the main add-in so that it prints an default output for all programs like:

MyProg()
done

or they change the return command to one with an optional result value

Return
or:
Return Var

btw: there is an variable type function/macro (internally FUNCMACRO with variable type code 0x47 (same as PROG/EXE/TEXT) or 0x48 with an modif of 0x03 or 0x04. but i've not found an way to use it. :ph34r:
