I'm sorry to say that, due to a lack of resources, Casio has CANCELED the SDK project. There will be no SDK for the ClassPad .

Yeah right! The SDK will be ready some time during the summer. I'll try to persuade Casio to release an earlier beta version to UFC members

I know but i think it's a good idea to say that (If they forget it .... )until 22-9 (or 9-22 ?) we'll be in summer , so you "can't" say the SDK must be there before...

The SDK is a BIG project because it exposes a large portion of the internal API. SDKs like the Casio-PV or TI-89/92 have either a limited set of functions exposed in the SDK, or special SDK functions which are limited functionality wrappers around the internal functions.
The ClassPad SDK will hopefully include thousands of C++ classes and functions, the same ones that the developers of the OS use. Each function has a wide degree of flexibility. For example, did you know you could create your own font? Almost all the edit controls support user defined fonts!
With so much flexibility there is bound to be a few bugs that were never discovered because of an odd combination. Testing this internally is a really big job and takes time. I'd like to see the SDK released as a beta soon, before it is officially released on Casio's website. I think this would be a win-win situation. The SDK could get in your hands quicker. It would also go through more testing that would be possible internally.
Getting the SDK pre-released as a beta isn't an easy thing to do. It might not happen... but then again.....
