It is better to make screenshots by alt+print screen and to save images to gif/png.

yeah, but for some reason m$ paint wouldnt save to anything but .bmp 
if you take the image location ( http://www.geocities...ila2003/huh.bmp ) and put it in your address bar it works.

About your question, this is the subscription manager, it's used to make people to pay to have access to some part of the forum, it comes with the registered version of IPB only.
