Recently, only after updated my os to version 2.0, the cp have (in the worst moments) raised an "insuficient memory" error and then breaks the current process.

The first time that the error was generated, I was calculating an diff. equation, not difficult to solve.

Today, while was playing checkers - and I was winning - the same error was raised, and the game application was closed returning to menu screen.

Somebody had the same problem ???

Do you remember the exact problem(s)? And what was going on in checkers? (Besides the ClassPad cheating! )

I think Greg fixed a memory problem with checkers a month or two ago. It was a bug in checkers, not in OS 2.0. If you didn't download checkers from ClassPad.org it might be an older version. Go to ClassPad.org and download the latest version. Hopefully this will fix your problem with checkers.

Checkers runs on it's own and doesn't use anything like the CAS or MCS, so it shouldn't be effected by the OS. I'm pretty sure both memory errors are unrelated.

Next time you get a memory error using the CAS post the expression any maybe I can find out why it is happening. A memory error doesn't always mean there is a bug.

You shouldn't get a memory error when playing checkers, so it sound't like this is a bug. Does it simply display the error and stays in the game, or does it crash and exit the game? Do you remember what you were doing at the time? Were you in a special move (about to do a double jump, etc.)? Was it the computer's turn or your turn? Were you playing the computer or another person? Were you using the link? Any information will be helpful.
