I made a simple font library that provides functions to draw texts using user-defined fonts. :) It doesn't work on the emulator but it gives nice results on the CP. I included the Lua font and the CP font, but you can create new fonts using the "fontmake" program. The picture to convert is exactly the same as the picture used for Font Maker by Orwell. (The only difference is that the dots used to delimit the characters are not couloured)

It should be great if we could add the special character too :P

It's possible, I didn't implemented this yet. :P I'll try to work on it.
