hi,
because i want to by a new calculator, i searched the internet to find a good one. the result of my search was not unique!
i found two calculators that might be right for me. i must say that programming the calculator ist not important for me. i need more funktions like complex numbers and equation solving.
can any body tell me the difference between both mentioned calculators? ok i know the fx5800P has a better display. but do they have differences in there funktion capabilities ?

From your description, 991ES is what you need. The 5800P has a library but perhaps you do not need it.
Another thing to think about is that 5800 will cost 5 times more.
