Hi,
I started reading on the tutorials i found on the internet for programming on my 9860, though i wanted to ask ...

1- how can i program on my computer (which is WAY faster than trying to find commands on my calc), then convert them to a file than can be read by my calculator plz

2- there's a program i saw a picture of called "fx-9860G Manager PLUS Version 1.0 for Windows", but i can't seem to get it at all, i already got the Emulator for my calc from Casio's web-site, but that's not the one i saw, that Manager program has much more features as it seems from the pic i saw! here's a link for the program i want ... http://edu.casio.com...al/9860manager/ (and if it's for money, then OMG, cheap Casio!)

3- how can use kucalc's (EPSILON) program, or Casio's SDK to program for my calc using C plz, if someone would be kind enough to list me a 1, 2, 3 ... step quick tutorial i would be really grateful :)

Thanks.

Hi

Hello. :D

1- how can i program on my computer (which is WAY faster than trying to find commands on my calc), then convert them to a file than can be read by my calculator plz

If you are looking for the download of the fx-9860 SDK: http://edu.casio.com/dl/. If you are looking for a way to create BASIC files on the PC, you can use the FA-124.

The fx-9860 Manager PLUS, you have to pay for.

3- how can use kucalc's (EPSILON) program, or Casio's SDK to program for my calc using C plz, if someone would be kind enough to list me a 1, 2, 3 ... step quick tutorial i would be really grateful :)

EPSILON is a hardware library that let's you go deeper into the fx-9860 beyond the SDK. EPSILON currently let's you access the RTC, ports and has limited support for timers. You may want to wait for EPSILON v0.2, which will have CPU speed changing, serial communications, etc. If you are new to programming in C, then you may not want to try out EPSILON. As for C tutorials, you may want to read the fx-9860 SDK Starter's Guide to understand how to use the SDK: http://edu.casio.com...rters_guide.pdf

If you don't know C, then I suggest looking for C tutorials on the net. There a lot of them online, so finding them won't be so hard.

Hope this helps. If you need more help, contact me at: kucalc AT gmail.com or on MSN at kucalc AT hotmail.com
