Is it normal that my class pad takes 1hour and 5minutes to solve this problem?

[matrix 8x8]^(-1)*[vector 8*1]

Texas instruments only takes a few seconds...

i've tested.
it takes only a few seconds.
i used normal numbers with one or two digits, eg 34, 55, 4, 56,99 ....

did you use complex numbers ? or show us the the exact matrix you have entered

What OS version do you have?
OS 2.2 and older have severe problems with matrix handling, as far i know, OS 3 solve all these issues

OS is your operating system

if you didn't know this, its possible, that you have version 2.2....

but, you can test it, in menu -> system -> system (upper left corner) -> version(software) and write the number down...

Can you tell me where I can find the version 3.0? Do I have to install 2.2 first?
Thank you!

Do I have to clear the old software? How can I do it? While I'm installing it always stops at "backup data" and I don't know why...

I've already install version 2.2, I don't know why I couldn't do it yesterday... Now, to install version 3.0 do I need a recent version of class pad manager?

you don't need a recent version of cp-man, 2.2 is ok....

there is an .iso - file in the package, i sent to you...

you have to burn this file on cd or emulate it (daemon-tools).
Then you load this cd und run die file on it.
this installs ver. 3.00 on your Classpad...
after that, you can install the update 3.01...

ok ?
