there used to be a condition list. It included "must have a casio-related webpage and update it some times"

heheh..i actually have my eye on several admins, since we only have about 3 active current admins.. time to get some new ones . Killer.. ill talk to you more about it later, and same to you bytefish.. will have to get the original admin opinions!
