Hi,

Today, I tried to update my classpad os from 2.2 to 3.03. I've downloaded the updater package, but, it exits with a message alerting that my os is no valid (requires 3.0 or greater).

Looking for a solution, I read topics about upgrading at first to os 3, and after to 3.03.

But, until now, I could not download the os 3.0 updater.

Please, could someone help me to update ?

Thanks.

Hi,

I know that my ClassPad 330 had Software Version 3.02 and the upgrade to 3.03 was free.

Check out Casio's website for updates on the ClassPad 300, maybe it's there for free OR
you might have to pay for it. At worst, you might not be able to download 3.03

If everything I've just written fails, call Casio's Technical Support phone number, it's toll free, from Casios' website.

Dear Hellas1
You seem too interested in tool free numbers!
I can give you some more if you stop calling casio!

I was kidding. don't get angry with me.
I appreciate your attempt for reporting bugs to casio. Keep on going.

Hi Behnoud,

I understand.

Just to let you know, I received Casio's response to a bug list I sent them.
The bug list came from bugs reported on this site and on Wikipedia's ClassPad entry also.

Please read what they said, it'll probably help you!

P.S. They said a 3.04 Software Version for the ClassPad was coming.
I'll keep folks here updated.
