Do you use Vista or XP-> 64 or 32->
Have you installed CP Manager->
Remember to use same port evry time!
Let Windows to instal driver.

Hi,
i use windows XP sp2. I don't use classpad manager. You have to buy this programm, right-> When you install the driver it should connect to the classpad..., i thought. It's like a digital camara or something...
But is it correct to assume that you need USB 1.1 instead of USB2.0->

it might be a communication issue between CP Manager and Vista. What version of CP Manager do you have?

yeah, I think that's the problem... Vista is incompatible with v3.01 and lower. I'm not sure if there's a fix (other than using an older OS)
