Hi all, recently I bougth a classpad 330 and I tried to use its emulator in my laptop but didn't work because wasn't supported by the operation system (i tried in vista and window7), somebody could help me with this issues?, tranks in advance.

OS can't be the issue. I don't think so. Are you trying to run Classpad Manager??
I'm running Classpad Manager on Vista Ultimate 32 bits, there is no issues; it must run in administator mode first time... Can you install it? also you can try to download another Classpad Manager ISO and retry, if it does not work, post here
