I bought recently the ClassPad 330, after reading the positive comments in this forum
and testing its functionality in comparison to TI89 and HP50g.
I installed the ClassPad manager version 03.03.3011 from the cd in my pc running XP SP3, as administrator.
During the installation I noticed that I was not asked to type-in the 'install key',
which is included in the package.
When I launched ClassPad manager I discovered that it is the 30 days trial version.
Then I registered myself in the Casio site, to download the last version 3.04 from https://edu.casio.co...d/auth_ichk.php
When I tried to update to the most recent version I received a message saying ,
in free translation, "this program cannot find the (other) program to be updated " and the procedure stopped.
I think that something is wrong , but I can't handle it.

Could you please provide some advise to solve this update problem?

I need the last version of the manager to test its capability in Laplace
transformations (where the previous versions perform erratically) and
then to update the ClassPad's firmware.

Thanks in advance.
