I don't see why it should be pinned :wacko:

It's fine how it is now.

But, as ross said, it might be a good idea too make a faq, here or at casiocorner.

you'll have your posts counted for in any casio related sub-forum..

what's with you and the post count anyway... you seem paranoid you won't get your posts counted.. ;)

About the cables topic:
Seeing as how we don't have an faq, nor a cable subform at the moment, it seems like a fairly good idea to pin a topic on cables (to prevent ppl starting new threads on questions most probably already answered)

the pins are getting a little out of hand, I will remove this once the poll is finished, and the Moderator poll right now.

:huh: The idea isn?t bad, but I don?t know if everyone will agree whit that?

Anyway if we create a separate sub forum for the cables problems, why not one for programming problems, explanations for use the calc programs, games and programs announcements?.

You see, if we create one sub forum for the cables, maybe we have to create new sub forums for other Casio related stuff?

The idea isn?t bad, but they are ?just??.. :blink:

we need a cable subforum because every week or two, some newbie has posted a new thread about a cable problem that has already been answered in a previous thread.

with porgramming questions, and other similar categories, most of the questions asked will not have been answered before. of course there are exceptions.

@Bitwise
i want that cool little casio god thing!

Yes I think the faq has to be done... Maybe we should make a FAQ forum where only admins or moderators could post new topics so everyone could contribute, if someone want to add something to the faq he first makes a topic in the main forum and if it's accepted we move it to the faq forum cleaning what is useless etc...

perhaps when simon gets the new site up, he could put a link to a FAQ but for now it looks like they will be pinned... poll will end later today unless someone objects. :)
