Yes. You can.
On your ClassPad Manager, start the "Picture" program. You can copy/paste your pictures from windows into this program. (In Paint: Edit Select All then Edit > Copy, On CP Manager: Right Click -> Paste Special)
Then use the Exchange mode of the manager (Right click > Exchange Window)) to transfer the picture to ClassPad. Search the internet to know how to use ClassPad Manager's Exhange mode.
